Best blog-posting client for Windows

My vote goes to w.bloggar, because, as Jim Allchin used to say, it just works. It’s easy to install, it supports lots of different blog hosts via XML-RPC, it correctly handles categories (including selecting multiple), and it doesn’t screw up your formatting (at least not that I’ve experienced thus far).
I also tried Windows Live Writer, but not only was it difficult to install, it didn’t work.
